Policies

Tuition remains constant regardless of 3, 4, or 5 classes per month. If your child is absent from class, full monthly payment is still due. Refunds or credits are not issued for lessons missed unless prior notification is given and at least three classes will be missed. A $25 processing fee will be charge on all returned checks.

Our classes are based on a 34 week school year, September-May. We appreciate a nine-month commitment to our classes. We want to TEACH your child and this requires a certain amount of instruction to ideally accomplish our goals. Students can enroll at anytime during the school year but we discourage attendance on a "drop-in" basis.

I have read and understand the policies and tuition payments of Musical Kids and agree to the items listed. I agree to hold harmless the childcare center and Musical Kids from any claim, damages or injury that may arise during the course of Musical Kids classes. I hereby authorize my child to participate in the Musical Kids early childhood music classes

In accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and International Commerce Act of 2000, electronic contracts and signatures are as valid as paper contracts in all states, regardless of where the parties live or where the contract is executed. You have the right to request a paper New Customer Registration sheet and Policies and Procedures sheet from us. Regardless of whether you make such a request, your electronic signature on this registration form shall remain legally valid and binding.
